What are dental implants?
Dental implants are artificial roots and teeth (usually titanium) that are surgically placed into the upper or lower jaw bone by a dentist or Periodontist – a specialist of the gums and supporting bone. The teeth attached to implants are very natural looking and often enhance or restore a patient’s smile!
What does getting dental implants involve?
X-rays and impressions (molds) are taken of the jaw and teeth to determine bone, gum tissue, and spacing available for an implant. While the area is numb, the implant will be surgically placed into the bone and allowed to heal and integrate itself onto the bone for up to six months.
However we’re one of the few practices in the country that can provide our patients a SAME DAY SOLUTION for teeth replacement by creating a titanium reinforced bar over the implant.
Do you accept insurance or financing?
Definitely! We ACCEPT MOST DENTAL INSURANCE PROGRAMS and have FINANCING AVAILABLE to fit every budget. Our practice offers an easy to use finance plan through our patient financing partners CareCredit and LendingClub so you can begin your journey to healthy dental function right away with a low monthly payment.
How much does it cost?
There are no predetermined prices in our practice. If there were, it would be unfair to you as our patient and friend. Every case is different and pricing is determined based on many factors like amount of implants and the extent of the surgery needed.
Will they feel like my natural teeth and how long do they last?
Absolutely! They will feel like your natural teeth so you have the most natural smile. Dental implants are very strong, stable, and durable and will last many years, but on occasion, they will have to be re-tightened or replaced due to normal wear.
Do I have to visit many different dentists for dental implants?
Of course not! The benefits of visiting one dental practice for both implant placement and restoration are many. Patients do not have to travel to several different locations, and there is no disconnect between the teams working on your smile. We offer full-service implant dentistry with 3D guided technology for improved efficiency and ideal final results.
